If you need to cancel your child’s reservation, please contact us as soon as you know your child will not be attending.

You must notify the office in advance (any time up until the class time has begun) if your child is going to miss a class for an “early cancellation” in which we will adjust our invoice to the charter school to remove the missed class. 

Any cancellation notice received once the class has begun is a “late cancellation” will be considered the same as an attendance.  

You must notify the office in advance (any time up until the class time has begun) if your child is going to miss a class for an “early cancellation” in which will result in a makeup class eligible to be used (in our tots or rec program) while your child is currently enrolled in a class.
