Yes, we do have a Tax ID Number and this information can be obtained by talking to someone at the front desk.
Unfortunately, the only time that parents are allowed out on the floor are for our Rise & Climb, Mom Pop & Me, Jump to Success classes, as well as gym wide events such as birthday parties, Winter Fest, and Spring Fling. While parents are allowed out on the floor, they are not allowed on the equipment unless they need to help their child.
Although we have sessions for our classes, students may sign up at any time. At the time of registration, you will be charged an annual registration fee as well as the tuition. If your child starts half way through the session, the tuition will be prorated for the number of classes that will be attended.
Payments are automatically deducted from your account on the 25th of every month for the following session using the credit card on file. If you would like to pay your tuition manually with a check, cash, or another credit or debit card, you may do so if it is before the 25th.
Our class prices are based off when your child starts class, how many classes your child will be enrolled in, as well as what class category your child falls under. For example, if your child will start at the beginning of a session for the Tumble Tots class (once a week), it would cost $77 a month.
We do offer discounts! Our first discount is a sibling or multi-student discount which is 20% off the second sibling, 25% off the third sibling, and the fourth and fifth siblings are FREE! We also offer a 10% discount for Military and Public Safety families. The last discount that we offer is 5% off if a trimester is prepaid for. As for scholarships or financial aid, we do not offer them but have an option for you if interested. Please speak to the front desk regarding this.
Yes, there is an annual fee that is charged when your child first enrolls in classes and then again after a calendar year. The fee is $40 per child that is enrolling and there are no discounts for this fee.
Of course! If your child is a new member at our facility or if he/she is planning on moving up a level and would like to try the class, the trial is free. After the trial is completed, the enrollment process would need to be completed online.
Our enrollment process is to be completed online on our website, www.rpgym.com – and below are the steps:
If the class is full, there is an option of being placed onto a waitlist. Once there is an opening in the class, we will contact you asking if you are still interested. Waitlists could take a week or a few months to move depending on the session. Our summer session is typically smaller which allows students to enroll in the class that best suits their schedules.
You are more than welcome to take a break at any moment, but your child’s spot will only be held onto if the tuition is paid in full every month. If you prefer to take a financial break as well, you will not be charged if your child is not enrolled in a class. Once you and your child are ready to come back to classes, you may call, email, or drop by in person to pick a class to re-enroll your child in.
If your child can’t make it to their class, please inform us by calling or emailing as soon as possible. This allows us to let other students do makeup classes if the class is full.
Your child can make up any missed classes within a two-month period before they expire. We highly recommend that the makeup class is on a day other than the normal class day, however, your child may do two back to back classes. Back to back classes are not advised as they will be tired, but it is possible. Makeups are only valid if your child is enrolled and the tuition is up to date.
Makeups cannot be used as a tuition. Tuition is due on the 25th of every month and any eligible makeups can be used for 2 months from the missed class date.
There is not a specific dress code for our students, but they should wear comfortable clothing that covers any areas that may be effected during class time (i.e: tummy, thighs, chest, etc.) and they should be barefoot. Along with the dress attire, students should have their hair tied back at all time to prevent any distractions.
To move up the next level, coaches must evaluate their student at various gym locations such as the trampolines, floor, bars, and vault before they can move their student up to the next level. In the meantime, students may refer to the skills posters in the lobby and the hallway to better prepare them for their classes.
We offer private lessons at our facility that allow our members to work with a coach on a 1:1 level to work on a specific skill. All the private lessons are coordinated between the coach and the client as it is on yours and their own time. Private lessons cannot be set during our recreational classes, birthday parties, Kid’s Night Out, or camps as it is too crowded and may distract others. Pricing is established between the coach and the client and is based off the duration of the private lesson.
All our classes either max out at 7 to 8 or 14 to 16, depending on the class and the day and time. For example, a class with one coach will be smaller compared to a class with two coaches.
Yes, there is a weight limit on the zip line. The maximum weight that it will hold safely is 210 pounds. Although some parents may weigh less than 210 pounds, the same rule applies to the zip line where parents are not allowed on the equipment.
Most Kids’ Night Outs have an average of 60-75 children that participate. With this number of children, there are typically 6 to 8 coaches or staff members that are assigned a group of children to rotate throughout the gym with. Camp fluctuates as there are only 15 campers, or there can be days where there are 50 campers. Staff members are scheduled accordingly.
The children are split into groups by age unless it is a small group, which in such case the staff members monitor them for free time. When the children are split up into age group, siblings and/or friends may stay together if preferred.
Yes, you may book a birthday party for your child. We have an event calendar on our website that is automatically updated when a party is booked. By looking at the calendar, you may select the date that you would like (they are only on Saturdays and Sundays), fill out the questionnaire, and we would then charge the deposit as soon as we receive the confirmation email.
A birthday party costs $295, however, a deposit is charged at the time of booking which is then applied towards to the total cost. Therefore, the remaining balance is $245 which is due on the day of the birthday party. The birthday party includes 1 hour of playtime, 45 minutes upstairs for lunch or gifts, a happy birthday banner, a few balloons on the railing, a table cloth, and a personalized happy birthday design on the main chalkboard in the lobby.
As for guests, there is a limit of 15 children for the cost of the birthday party. However, if the birthday child would like to invite more friends to attend (no more than 24 total), there is an extra cost of $15 per extra child. Siblings that plan on playing are counted apart of the 15 guests, but younger siblings that do not plan on participating as well as the birthday child will not be charged for. Adults are not counted for in the 15 guests, but the space upstairs is limited — so be prepared to share space!
Yes, you may decorate the upstairs area however you would like if it stays on your half of the upstairs. The only decoration/festive item that we do not allow inside are piñatas as they are messy.
